Thank you to everyone who attended our charity concert at the Church. We raised £800 which will be donated to ‘Saving faces.’ Thank you all so much for your genorisity. The band recently played at an unusually warm armistice parade in Pershore. We have taken part in the parade for over 60 years and although marching is hard work we are proud of our long association.

We are now busy preparing for the Christmas season. Our annual concert at the Arts Centre takes place on Sunday 11th December, 7.30pm. If you would like tickets (£6) please call 01386 834326. We are playing at the Church Carol Concert on Sunday 18th December, starting at 7pm. On Christmas Eve afternoon you will also be able to see us playing carols around the village, we hope to finish at the Fleece Inn following the Crib service (approx 5pm) On Christmas Day morning we will play in the cross after Church at approximately 10.15am.

Busy band at Christmas time

Bretforton Silver Band are busy preparing for their busy Christmas season. It all starts on Sunday 11th December with their annual Christmas Concert at the Arts Centre in Evesham. The performance, which starts at 7:30pm, includes all your Christmas favourites and is always a fantastic way of getting into the festive spirit. Tickets (£6) are available by calling 01386 834326.

Other highlights of the Christmas season for the band are carols outside the Threeways Hotel at Mickleton on Wednesday 21st December, 7:30pm. We will also be playing at the Carol Service at St Leonards Church, Bretforton on Sunday 18th December 7:00pm, and playing carols around Bretforton on Christmas Eve. On Christmas day the band will play a short concert in the Cross after Church (approx 10.15 am).
